Having spent some years in the city I was looking for a change of direction.  With no previous experience I took up a part time position as a lettings viewing guide with a large independent in the South East.  Quickly progressing through the business I opened my first lettings branch in 2003 and generating profit from the get-go it soon became a passion.  Ultimately achieving responsibility for a number of successful branches throughout Kent, Sussex and Hampshire with the needs of the business leading me naturally towards the coaching and training of staff to maximise their potential. 
A firm believer in the confidence that professionally recognised qualifications bring to a business’s ability to deliver exceptional levels of service; I have proudly helped many individuals achieve their potential; personally achieving Propertymarks Level 4 Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property management in 2013.
